Who we are

Stakeout and Cinch Companies handle billing for monitoring customers of Integrated Alarms (Cinch) and Down to the Wire (Cinch). This website, cinchbill.com, is our official bill-pay page.

Our legal business name is Cinch Securities, LLC DBA Integrated Alarms (Cinch) and Down to the Wire (Cinch). On this page, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Cinch Securities, LLC.

How to know a message is really from us

We know scam texts and emails are common, so here is what you can count on:

Our billing texts and emails will never ask for your password or card number.
Links in our texts and emails only go to cinchbill.com. Card payments are then completed on Stripe’s secure payment page.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

To manage your monitoring account and billing, we keep:

Your name and account number
Your service address
Your email address and phone number
Your payment history (such as amounts and dates)

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe, and we don’t store card numbers.

How we use it

To service your monitoring account and answer your questions
To send billing notices, such as past-due reminders and payment confirmations
To process your payments and auto-pay

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us handle billing (for example, Stripe for payments and the services we use to send texts and emails), and only as needed for that purpose or when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Keeping it safe

This site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and card payments are handled by Stripe. We limit access to your account information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. To update your information or ask about what we keep on file, call (405) 450-7863 or email cinchsecuritiesllc@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

What you’ll get: Account and billing notifications from Cinch Securities, LLC (Stakeout and Cinch Companies), such as past-due balance reminders and payment confirmations.
Who gets them: Customers who provided their mobile number for their monitoring account.
How often: Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: Reply STOP to any message. We’ll send one final text to confirm, and you won’t receive more texts unless you sign up again.
For help: Reply HELP, or call (405) 450-7863.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
